Not too many updates for you this week. I hope you are all out and about enjoying the beautiful day!
Back to School BBQ
We are very excited about our first ever back to school BBQ on Thursday September 22nd from 4:30-6:00! Reminder that tomorrow is the last day to RSVP so that we can finalize preparations. The event will be held at Tilton Lower School as we have more space to accommodate both schools with parking and event space. You will check in and receive tickets for each person in your party. As you go through the food line, you will give the ticket as you choose between either a hamburger or a hot dog. We will also have an ice cream truck for families to purchase ice cream from as well as a 50/50 raffle. We have several art activities and we will have sports equipment out as well. We look forward to seeing you!
Educator of the Year
Each year the YMCA recognizes educators throughout the district by asking for nominations. Educators can be nominated by colleagues, students, and/or parents! If you have an educator that you would like to recognize, please see the flyer below on how to nominator your favorite educator! The winner will be announced at a banquet on November 16th.

We are working to get our online apparel stores up and running. More information will be coming out soon!
Lost and Found
We are already finding lots of misplaced lunchboxes and sweatshirts. To help us reunite children with their lost items, please consider placing your child’s name and room number in their lunch boxes and their names on a tag in their sweatshirts. Remind your children that lost items at Lower can be found on hooks in the basement or in the bin labeled lost and found. At Upper School they are placed on the stage. When we find items, we do try to ask students during lunches if any of the items look familiar.
