Good afternoon families! Just a few reminders for you today.
iReady Reading assessment starts this week
This week we begin our iReady reading winter assessment. Please make sure your child brings his/her chromebook to school fully charged and has their headphones. Students will take the assessment over 3 days in 30 min chunks. Encourage your child to take their time. Teachers have been working on goal setting with students and we will celebrate student growth once all testing is complete.
Donation Bin
We have a donation bin at each Tilton location to take donations of clothing. Feel free to explore the entire site and see how the program works! All proceeds come back to Tilton School!
New parent monitoring app
At Haverhill Public Schools, we’re committed to providing a learning experience that allows your child to grow and flourish with technology. That’s why we’ve teamed up with a student safety and digital wellbeing platform that is now protecting the devices your child uses at school, ensuring they stay safe and secure. This platform comes with a parental control app, Qustodio.
Qustodio will provide you with full visibility on how your child is using their school devices.
Prior to rolling out this new parent app district-wide, the Technology Department is going to test the app with a select number of parents within our school district and we’ve been nominated to participate!
