Good afternoon families! Just a handful of reminders today.

MCAS
MCAS testing begins this week. Some tips to help your child:
-Be sure to get a good night’s sleep
-Eat a healthy breakfast (students are able to eat breakfast at school)
-Come to school on time with a fully charged chromebook. We also recommend bringing their charger just in case.
-Don’t stress, do your best! Answer every question the best you can, especially open response items.
-Encourage them to take their time and plan

We will be having an assembly with each grade level the day before testing to review some tips and strategies and then they will walk the halls to be cheered on by the school as all students and staff know our Grades 3 & 4 students will rock the MCAS! As one of our posters reads “Who needs luck when we have talent!” GO TIGERS!

Chromebooks
As a reminder, please make sure your child brings his/her chromebook to school charged every day. We will be reserving all loaner devices for MCAS testing, so it is imperative students in K-2 ensure they have their chromebook each day. If your child’s chromebook is lost or broken, please let the school know so we can put in for a replacement.
